This was created one day when we didn't really have anything to fix for dinner. Luckily, we usually have these ingredients on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Nothing-to-Fix Lentils

1 cup lentils
1 cup split peas
1 1/2 cups green beans (1 can)
1 1/2 cups corn (1 can)

Recipe Directions for Nothing-to-Fix Lentils

  1. Prepare the lentils and split peas as directed.

  2. Once lentils/peas are cooked and drained, then add the green beans and corn.

  3. If you want it a bit creamier, you can add in sour cream or salsa to liven it up a bit!
