Recipe Ingredients for Not Zuppa soup

5 links italian sausage
1/2 cup white wine
12 oz chick peas
12 oz stewed tomatoes
1 large zucchini
3 cups chicken broth
10 oz macaroni, cooked & drained
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 oz parmesan

Recipe Directions for Not Zuppa soup

  1. Cook sausage according to package directions. Drain well and set aside until cool enough to handle. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Pour all ingredients except pasta into large pot. Simmer over medium-medium low for 15-20 minutes or until zucchini is "fork-tender".

  3. Stir in macaroni and serve hot.
