This is a fresh much healthier way to have a tuna salad sandwich Not "your mammas mayo tuna" salad!!

Recipe Ingredients for NOT your mamma tuna salad

3 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1 1/2 oz Cilantro
0.13 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
2 serving Green Onion
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2/3 avocado
2 cups Romaine Hearts

Recipe Directions for NOT your mamma tuna salad

drain tuna chop all ingredients mix in large bowl. I used a Low fat balsamic vinaigrette spray that's about 1o cals a serving for added moisture on my sandwich.
