Recipe Ingredients for Not Yo Mama's Root Veggies!

1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 cup slices Parsnips
1 cup, cubes Yam
1/2 cup diced Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
4 oz Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
0.25 cup Lime Juice
3 tsp Cumin
3 tsp The Original Pizza Peppers Crushed Chile Flakes

Recipe Directions for Not Yo Mama's Root Veggies!

Dice all veggies to fork-size. Add honey, lime juice and spices, toss thoroughly to coat. Spread in a single layer on a baking tin and bake at 350 degrees until fork-tender, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
