much lower fat than someplace like Taco Bell, but pretty yummy still!

Recipe Ingredients for Not Bad Burritos

5 flour tortillas, 7"
15 oz refried beans
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
8 oz tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup red onions, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce

Recipe Directions for Not Bad Burritos

  1. warm tortillas in microwave or oven.

  2. heat beans, spices, and 1/2 of tomatoes in saucepan.

  3. spoon 1/5 of bean mixture on each of tortillas and fold burritos, placing in 9 x 11 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

  4. put remaining tomatoes and onion over top of burritos.

  5. sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  6. bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

  7. put shredded lettuce over top just before serving.
