My grandma taught me how to make these.

Recipe Ingredients for Norwegian Crepes

3 eggs, 1 tbsp sugar, 2/3 cup milk, 2/3 cup flour, 1 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Norwegian Crepes

  1. beat eggs and sugar

  2. beat in flour until creamy / slightly thick

  3. add milk

  4. melt margarine on flat pan at medium heat and add to recipe then mix all together

  5. pour about 1/2 cup at a time onto flat pan at medium heat lifting pan to tilt so batter gets spread around at about 2mm or 1/8th inch thick

  6. wait until the batter "dries" on top, flip, then wait only about 10 seconds before pulling it off and starting the next.

  7. spread jam or syrup then roll up.
