Recipe Ingredients for Normandy blend shrimp and pasta

400 grams birds eye normandy blend
1 package Smart Taste Spaghetti
14 oz Tomatoes
3 serving Olive Oil
4 serving Med - Large frozen cooked shrimp
3.5 clove Garlic
2 serving, raw Cilantro
3 oz Mushrooms
3 dash Salt, Table
4 wedge yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Normandy blend shrimp and pasta

  1. sautee onion and mushrooms then add shrimp and garlic.

  2. blanch veggies and add to shrimp onion mixture and continue to sautee.

  3. boil pasta and combine with veggies.

  4. add last tablespoon and cilantro and line juice at end and mix well

  5. salt to taste
