Nookie's on Well in Old Town Vegetarian Omlet using egg substitute. It's totally nutritious and a huge amount of food for the calories you consume. This breakfast calculates to 30% fat, 40% carbohydrates and 30% protein. It gets a B-rating from Calorie Counter because of the high sugar which comes from the grapes and pineapple. To improve that measure, substitute more melon for the grapes and pineapple.

Go to Nookie's restaurant in the 1700 block of North Wells St. in Old Town, Chicago. It's a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It closes at 8pm though; I think.
