Actually very tasty, but without the noodle filler.

Recipe Ingredients for Noodless Lasagna

3 ounces hamburger, cooked extra lean 95/5
126 g spaghetti sauce, hunts (1/2 cup)
1 cup cottage cheese, nonfat
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1 ounce mozzarella cheese, reduced fat

Recipe Directions for Noodless Lasagna

mix together cottage cheese, basil, oregano, and pepper. Let sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. spray a small pan with Pam. place a few tablespoons sauce at the bottom. Place half the cottage cheese mixture on top, half the meat, and half the mozzarella. Repeat. Bake at 350 until cheese is all hot and bubbly.
