Experimenting with tofu shirataki noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Noodles & vegetables

8 oz Tofu Shirataki Noodles
7/10 servings Sesame Oil (2 tsp)
48 g onion
44 g broccoli
14 g shiitake mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Noodles & vegetables

  1. Put 1.5 tsp sesame oil in pan.

  2. After rinsing, add noodles and fry on medium.

  3. After a couple minutes (I eyeballed it), add vegetables + .5 tsp sesame oil.

  4. Fry for 2-4 minutes.

  5. Pour into bowl and add soy sauce.

  6. Enjoy!
