Recipe Ingredients for noodles and tomatoes

1 c macaroni
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
15 oz kidney beans
1 c chicken
1 t cayenne
1 T salt
1 T black pepper
1 clove garlic
1 T cumin

Recipe Directions for noodles and tomatoes

  1. boil macaroni according to package directions. Save some of the water if it is needed for the sauce.

  2. mis tomatoes, chicken, kidney beans in kettle and add spices. Heat and simmer to blend seasonings.

  3. When noodles are done, mix everything together. Add extra noodle water is sauce is to thick.

  4. Serve. Add 1 T parmasaun cheese if desired.
