75 grams onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
100 grams potato
2 cups water
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons vinegar

Chop all ingredients, place in pot and cook on low heat until tender, about 40 or 50 minutes.
