Garlic chicken with broccoli, tomato's, broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Noodle topping

3/4 pound chicken, cubed
14 ounce fat free chicken broth
10 ounce tomato, diced
1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped

Recipe Directions for Noodle topping

  1. brown chicken in large pan with olive oil and garlic on medium-medium high heat

  2. dissolve 1-2tbs conrstarch in chicken broth.add to pan with chicken, turn temp. down to medium

  3. add broccoli and tomato's, mix.

  4. let all come to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes

  6. *cook noodles on the side according to direction on box
