A simple noodle recipe with dressing and Parmesan cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Noodle Salad

2 cups noodles
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup olives, sliced
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Noodle Salad

  1. Cook noodles.

  2. Combine the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, pepper, salt, basil, cayenne pepper, and paprika in a pan on the stove and heat.

  3. Pour over noodles, and mix in the chopped pepper, tomato, and olives.

  4. Let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
