1/4 c snow peas
1/8 c red bell pepper
1/8 c bean sprouts
2 tbsp red onion
2 tsp ginger root
2 tsp garlic minced
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 c peanuts

  2. Boil Soba noodles

  3. add noodles to pan saute with sesame oil, balsamic, lemon juice, and peanuts
