No sugar, No gluten, No wheat, No eggs, No dairy, "No Nothing"!

Recipe Ingredients for NoNothing Banana/Apple/Berry Bread

1 1/4 cup brown rice or flax seed flour
1 cup mashed banana
1 apple
1/4 cup cherry
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for NoNothing Banana/Apple/Berry Bread

  1. First grind brown rice or flax seeds into flour in a blendor or food processor. Set aside.

  2. Then cut up apple, place in blendor, along with cherries. Puree.

  3. Place bananas in blendor. Blend.

  4. Mix flour, baking powder, and water in large bowl.

  5. Pour in cherry/apple-sauce as well as blended bananas. Mix.

  6. If desired, place all combined contents in blendor one last time to create a really fine, mixed together texture.

  7. Pour final mixture into two pie pans. Sprinkle blueberries on top.

  8. Bake in oven at 350*F for 30-50 minutes. Watch closely.

  9. *Note: There are no eggs in this snack bread so all ingredients can be eaten raw/uncooked.
