Recipe Ingredients for Nonnie's Italian Beef

48 ounces beef chuck
8 cups water
18 teaspoons gravy, au jus, dry
1 1/2 cups white onion
1/8 cup canned green chile
2 cloves garlic
2 oz dry italian dressing

Recipe Directions for Nonnie's Italian Beef

In a pan add all ingredients and slow cook beef until for tender for shredding. The Au Jus should be 1 or two packs depending on preference and the Italian seasoning is a dry Italian salad dressing mix 1 or 2 packs depending on preference.
