Recipe Ingredients for Nonnie's Egg Soup

5 potatoes
6 eggs
1/4 cup onion
1 salt
1 pepper
1 clove garlic
20 ounces tomato sauce
3/4 cup vinegar

Recipe Directions for Nonnie's Egg Soup

  1. cook 1/4 of an onion in the soup pot, dice the potatoes and throw them in. Cover them with water and add salt, pepper and garlic. Then add a can of tomato sauce and a 1/2 a can of white vinegar.

  2. Cook til the potatoes are done then drop the whole eggs in, cover and cook for 10 more minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
