Any white-fleshed fish stir-fried in fragrant sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Non-sweet teriyaki fish

150 g cod
1 leek
1 chili pepper
1/2 tbsp white wine
3/4 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Non-sweet teriyaki fish

  1. Use sake instead of white wine

  2. Mix sake and soy sauce

  3. Cut leek into 5cm pieces

  4. Chop chili into small pieces discarding seeds

  5. Heat pan with sesame oil in it, place fish (absorb moisture beforehand with kitchen paper) and put lid on

  6. Fry at medium heat on both sides, adding leek

  7. When fish and leek are cooked, add sauce
