1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup bran
1/3 cup flax seed, ground
1/2 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup carrots
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Non-oil chocolate muffins

  1. Grind flax seeds.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Blend carrots, eggs, applesauce together.

  4. Fold in wet ingredients in dry.

  5. Bake at 400F 20 minutes.
