Recipe Ingredients for Non-Fried Rice

2 cups brown rice, medium-grain, cooked
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
8 chopped baby carrots
1 stalk chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Non-Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice.

  2. Cook egg beaters and set aside.

  3. saute carrots, celery and onion until tender.

  4. Cut eggs into chunks and add to veggies along with peas and corn.

  5. Add rice and soy sauce and mix. Continue cooking until heated through.
