130 grams Raw Cashews
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
12 grams Apple Cider Vinegar
1 fl oz Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Non-Dairy Sour Cream Alternative Substitute Recipe

  1. 1cup raw small pieces = 130 grams

  2. Cover cashews with water and soak for a few hours or overnight.

  3. Pour off all water, and place nuts in food processor.

  4. Add 1/4 cup cold water, salt vinegar and lemon juice.

  5. Puree for 3-4 minutes or until completely smooth and creamy in consistency.

  6. Use in any recipe that call for sour cream.

  7. Refrigerate in an air tight container for up to a week
