Recipe Ingredients for Nola's Potato Salad

175 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
60 grams Sour Cream Fat Free Grade A Pasteurized Dairy
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Nola's Potato Salad

Preheat over to 400 and bake potatoes until fork tender (30 minutes). Allow to cool - then chop into bite sizes chunks and place in a large bowl. Dice the onion and add all ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
