Recipe Ingredients for Noelle's Brussle Sprouts

3 pounds Brussels sprouts
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup capers
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
1 spray olive oil
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Noelle's Brussle Sprouts

  1. Rinse off Sprouts under cold water to remove any dirt if any. Cut off the ends and cut in half

  2. Saute Sprouts until brown in olive oil and capers (the capers will break open when in the heat and flavors the b sprouts) in frying pan.

  3. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  4. While Sprouts are browning- saute the almonds in a separate pan - don't burn, just saute' and brown a tad.

  5. When Sprouts are slightly browned, put in casserole dish and place in oven for 20 min to caramelize.

  6. When finished- take out and stir in raisins and the almonds. Salt to taste.
