Rich Pizza with Blue Cheese & Sausage topping and a yeast-free, easy dough!

Recipe Ingredients for No-Yeast Blue Cheese & Sausage Pizza

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp ketchup
6 tbsp grated parmesan
32 g blue cheese
60 g beef and pork sausage

Recipe Directions for No-Yeast Blue Cheese & Sausage Pizza

  1. Mix flour salt, paprika and baking powder in a bowl.

  2. Add 2/3 cup of water. Knead until you have a tight dough.

  3. Preheat oven at 220C/425F.

  4. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a deep baking dish and spread with your fingers to grease.

  5. Place dough in dish and spread evenly, according to your crust thickness preference (I like my pizza thin-crust!).

  6. Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil onto dough and spread to grease.

  7. Add ketchup, then parmesan cheese and then the rest of the toppings.

  8. Bake for 25 minutes.

  9. Cut into pieces and serve warm!
