Recipe Ingredients for no-tahini hummus

4 tbl olive oil
1/2 cup lentils
2 cups chick peas
2 garlic cloves
1/2 red pepper
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for no-tahini hummus

In a food processor, pulse garlic cloves and red pepper. Add chick peas and blend until smooth. Add oil and blend with water. Salt and Pepper to taste
