Recipe Ingredients for No sugar Zucchini Bread

2 eggs
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Recipe Directions for No sugar Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Grease/flour one loaf pan

  3. Mix honey, oil, eggs and vanilla together. Add Zucchini and pineapple(drained).

  4. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add gradually to the wet mixture.

  5. Bake at 350 for one hour.
