No-Sugar Layered Pumpkijn Cheesecake (Froma KalynsKitchen.com)

Recipe Ingredients for No-Sugar Layerd Pumpkin Cheesecake

425 1/5 grams Pumpkin
8 oz Creamy Cheese Fat Free
8 oz Cream Cheese Original
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for No-Sugar Layerd Pumpkin Cheesecake

  1. In a large bowl combine 2 packages softened light cream cheese (I used 1 regular and 1 fat free, do not use 2 fat free)

  2. 1/2 cup Slenda and

  3. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract. Beat in blender.

  4. Blend in eggs 1 at a time

  5. Remove 1 cup batter and

  6. spread into bottom of glass cooking dish that was sprayed very lightly with no stick spray (use sparingly or it makes it hard t spread hte cheesecake)

  7. Add 1 15 oz can 100% Pumpkin

  8. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  9. 1/2 tsp Apple pie spice

  10. Stir until blende Spread pumkin over 1st layer.

  11. Bake in preheated oven 35-45 minuets or until center is almost set.

  12. Allow to cool then chill several hours or overnight

  13. Top with Whipped cream if desired.
