Recipe Ingredients for No Sugar, No Fat Banana Muffins

2 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 cups bananas, mashed
1/2 cup splenda no calorie
1/2 cup applesauce
2 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for No Sugar, No Fat Banana Muffins

  1. Combine all wet ingredients and sugar. Mix well.

  2. Add all dry ingredients, mix well, but do not overmix.

  3. Put in greased muffin tins.

  4. Bake at 350 for about 15-18 minutes. Makes about 18.
