1.33 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for No Sugar Added Raisin Oatmeal

Soak oatmeal and flax until water turns cloudy. Bring oats and water to a boil. Lower to medium heat. Add raisins and continue to cook until water is absorbed. Season to taste.
