305 grams Black Beans
210 grams Onions
220 grams Carrots
140 grams Celery
390 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2.4 serving Canned Whole Green Beans
396 grams Light
590 grams Pumpkin
411 grams Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for No Salt Black Bean/Vegetable Soup

Wash & sort 1.75 cups dried beans and soak overnight. Drain & rinse. Spray a large soup pot with cooking spray and saute chopped onions & celery until tender. Add the 8 cups of water, the black beans, the canned tomatoes, canned beans, chicken broth and pureed pumpkin. Bring to a boil and cook, covered, on low heat until beans are tender. Season with your choice of flavors, such as Mrs. Dash, oregano, basil, garlic powder, black pepper, or cumin.
