Recipe Ingredients for No Salt Bean/Pea/Vegetable Soup

250 grams Black Beans
200 grams Peas Black-Eyed
175 grams Onions
100 grams Celery
20 grams Garlic
250 grams Pumpkin
220 grams Carrots
175 grams Potato, Flesh And Skin
100 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
12 cup (8 fl oz) Water
411 grams Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for No Salt Bean/Pea/Vegetable Soup

Soak dried beans and peas overnight. Drain and rinse. In a large pot, place beans, peas, and all chopped veggies in at least 12 cups of water. Season with 2 teaspoons of cumin, 4 bay leaves, basil and oregano. Cook over low heat until dried beans are tender. Remove bay leaves. Add more water if needed and season more if necessary.
