This is a delicious and healthy Lasagna without the noodles and carbs! Spaghetti Squash is a great alternative to any dish that calls for pasta. Feel free to add layers of any other favorite veggies! The listed Canned tomatoes were put in the blender with fresh herbs to make a homemade sauce. All the cheeses are mixed together for the cheese layer. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for No Pasta Lasagna

3 serving Lean Ground Turkey
2 cup Low Fat Ricotta
3 serving Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 cup Tomatoes Diced
11 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
6 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
6 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated

Recipe Directions for No Pasta Lasagna

Brown 1lb package of lean turkey and season to your liking. Put canned tomatoes in the blender with your favorite spices to make a marinara sauce, add tomato paste for desired thickness. Mix all the cheeses together. Cook Spaghetti squash according to the instructions and season like you would any pasta ( I use a little salt, butter, basil and parsley, and italian spices). in a 9x13 casserole dish layer spaghetti squash, sauce, ground turkey, sauce, mushrooms (or other veggies), cheese, sauce, spaghetti squash, sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.Bake on 350 for about 20-30 minutes.
