1/4 cup serving(30 g) Not the best I've tasted, but if you are looking for something without added oil, this is it.

Recipe Ingredients for No-Oil crockpot granola

5 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup flax seed
1 cup fiber one bran cereal
2/3 cup almonds
2/3 cup pecans
2/3 cup walnuts
1 t salt
1/2 cup splenda no calorie
1/3 cup honey
2 T molasses
2 t molasses
1 c. applesauce
3/4 t cinnamon
3/4 t vanilla
1 c raisins
1/3 c raisins

Recipe Directions for No-Oil crockpot granola

  1. Mix together dry ingredients in crock pot.

  2. In separate bowl, mix together honey, molasses, applesauce, splenda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients.

  3. Mix well. May need to add a Tablespoon of water. Cook on high 1 hour, stirring frequently.

  4. Cook on low until granola is toasted.
