Good for bake sales when you have nut allergies. Rosewater works fine if you can't get vanilla. Use less if it is too strong.

Recipe Ingredients for No-nuts powdered sugar nut balls

2/3 cup butter
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup white flour
1 tsp rose water
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for No-nuts powdered sugar nut balls

Cream butter. Add other ingredients. Add less of rosewater at first to be sure it is not too strong. Pinch off bits and roll into balls. Bake 375 F/190 C for 10 minutes. Roll while hot in powdered sugar.
