Our favorite salad! We crave it many days. Put it on a whole wheat tortilla with some bbq sauce and a little avocado if you can afford the calories.

Recipe Ingredients for No lettuce salad

1 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
1 cup, diced Celery
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
1/2 medium Hothouse Cucumber
4 tbsp chopped Onions
8 oz Carrot
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/4 cup Peas, Green
4 oz Cilantro
1 cup zuccini
1 cup yellow squash

Recipe Directions for No lettuce salad

Chop everything to the size of a pea EXCEPT the carrots. Shred the carrots. Mix it all together and enjoy!
