No Knead Bread Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for no knead bread

3 c white whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp yeast
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 5/8 c water

Recipe Directions for no knead bread

  1. Mix all ingredients with a spoon- allow to rise 18-24 hours

  2. Preheat oven to 450 F (preheat a pyrex/ cast iron dish in oven).

  3. Add dough when ove hot. Baked covered for half an hour then remove lid and bake another 15-25 minutes umtil brown.
