A delicious homemade loaf of bread.

Recipe Ingredients for No knead bread

3 cups flour
2 tblsp dry yeast
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tblsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for No knead bread

  1. Mix flour, water, yeast and salt just until moistened. Dough will be stringy.

  2. Cover, place in warm spot and let rise for 4 hours.

  3. remove from bowl and place on surface coated with 1 TBlsp olive oil

  4. shape into round loaf and let sit for 30 minutes.

  5. Heat oven to 450 and place a dutch oven in oven while it heats. Heat at least 30 minutes while bread sits. Place bread in dutch oven and bake 30 minutes covered. Remove lid and finish baking 15 to 20 minutes until well browned.
