Recipe Ingredients for No Knead Bread

4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp salt
3 1/4 cups water

Recipe Directions for No Knead Bread

  1. mix all ingredients

  2. let rise for 2 to 5 hours

  3. preheat oven with baking pots inside at 230C

  4. bake bread with pot lid on for 30 minutes

  5. remove lid and bake for another 15 minutes

  6. remove bread from pots immediate and let cool on rack
