Recipe Ingredients for No Guilt Coleslaw

8 cups chopped cabbage
1 medium carrot, grated
6 tablespoon fat free mayonnaise
6 tablespoon fat free sour cream
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Splenda granular
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for No Guilt Coleslaw

  1. Place cabbage and carrot in large bowl. Set aside

  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and toss with veggies.

  3. Chill at least 2 hours for flavours to penetrate
