Recipe Ingredients for No-Guilt Cafe Mocha

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon simple syrup
1 teaspoon honey
1 1/2 cups coffee

Recipe Directions for No-Guilt Cafe Mocha

  1. Brew your morning coffee as you normally do, making at least 2 cups.

  2. Combine cocoa powder and simple syrup in the bottom of a large glass, whisk vigorously until a semi-paste is formed.

  3. Add the almond milk and whisk until quite foamy and the powder is dissolved.

  4. Pour hot coffee over the chocolate milk mixture, then stir in the honey, adding more to taste if you desire.
