Recipe Ingredients for No Fuss Potato Soup

6 cups Potatoes, cubed
2 cups Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Thinly sliced Carrots
5 cups low sodium chicken Broth
1/4 cup Butter,cubed
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 can (12 ounces) Evaporated Milk

Recipe Directions for No Fuss Potato Soup

  1. In a 5 quart slow cooker, combine the vegetables,water,butter,bouillon,salt and pepper.

  2. Cover and cook on high 7-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add milk and parsley. cover and cook 30-60 minutes longer or until heated through.

  4. Yield: About 3 Quarts
