Recipe Ingredients for no fry chicken parm

12 oz Chicken, Roasting, Light Meat, Meat Only
2 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 cup Traditional Pasta Sauce
113 1/5 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for no fry chicken parm

mix egg with about a tablespoon of water and set to the side. the water yeilds more egg without adding calories. mix bread crumbs with oregano or other spices. then cut chicken into strips. one by one, coat chicken in egg then in bread crumbs. after finishing all the coating, put in long cassarole pan. bake in the oven on a very high heat, such as 450 or 500 degrees, so it becomes crispy. when the chicken is white and cooked through, pour sauce on top and place cheese on top of that. bake for a few minutes on 350 degrees. best served with salad and pasta.
