A recipe i found on tumblr that provides an alternative to pancakes with good fats, and good carbs and a lot of protein.

Recipe Ingredients for no flour pancakes

1 egg
1 banana
1 tablespoon Reduced Fat Creamy

Recipe Directions for no flour pancakes

  1. Mash the banana

  2. Mix the egg with the banana

  3. Add in any nut butter (i used skippy reduced fat creamy)

  4. The nut butter should be a bit soft so its easier to mix.

  5. It tastes great without syrup,saving you carbs and calories!
