Recipe Ingredients for no flour banana muffins

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
2 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 egg

Recipe Directions for no flour banana muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin tins, or use muffin liners.

  2. In large bowl, combine applesauce, 1 egg, syrup, bananas, and vanilla until smooth. Add cinnamon if desired. Mix in oats, baking powder, and salt. Fill muffin liners halfway with batter. Sprinkle with sugar or sugar substitute on top if desired.

  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are light brown.
