No flour almond meal cookies. Really fast and tasty. Make a batch any time.

Recipe Ingredients for No Flour Almond Cookies

1 cup, sliced Almonds
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
2 tbsp Butter
2 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for No Flour Almond Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In food processor blend all ingredients until dough clumps together.

  3. Using a table spoon, roll dough into a ball and place onto a non-stick cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
