If you want to add some texture and calories, you can add 1 tbsp olive oil. You can add peppers if you want to, I just have a dietary intolerance to them.

Recipe Ingredients for No fat, no peppers salsa

1/2 small red onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 roma tomatoes, seeded and cut
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt

  1. Roughly chop all ingredients.

  2. Combine in a food processor and process until desired consistency.
