1 serving (cup) frozen mixed fruit, no sugar added
1 small banana
8 oz Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup ice cubes

Recipe Directions for No Fat Fruit Smoothie with Banana (Robert)

  1. Place together in blender, cover and blend on high for one minute until smooth.

  2. Makes about 1 1/2 cup per serving.
