13 oz chicken
4 oz green pepper
14 oz tomatoes
1 cup onion diced
3 tbs relish

Recipe Directions for No Fat Chicken Salad

  1. Roast chicken and debone

  2. cut in chunks 1/2"

  3. dice 4 oz green pepper

  4. dice 1 med onion aprox 1 cup

  5. drain 1 can diced tomatoes

  6. add 3 tbs sweet pickle relish

  7. 1 tbs of sweet pickle juice opp.

  8. store in 1/2 cup containers
