6 ripe bananas
4 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for no-fat banana muffins

  1. cream ripe bananas

  2. add 1 cup sugar

  3. add eggs

  4. stir in flour and baking powder mixture

  5. makes 16 large muffins

  6. spray muffin pans with Pam

  7. bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
